Inside a Squid Game Team Building Experience in Singapore
Step Into the World of Squid Game
Step into one of the most immersive Squid Game team building experiences in Singapore, where iconic challenges are reimagined to bring teams together through strategy, communication, and shared moments of excitement. Designed as both an engaging team building activity and a dynamic corporate event, this experience transforms familiar games into a powerful platform for connection and collaboration.
After a morning filled with presentations, focused discussions, and town hall sessions, the atmosphere shifted the moment participants stepped into the afternoon programme.
They were greeted not by facilitators in polos—but by Red Workers. Fully dressed in the iconic red uniforms and masks, our event crew stood guard with prop rifles in hand—setting the stage for an immersive Squid Game experience, minus the real-life stakes.
From the first step into the space, participants could feel the change. The familiar visuals, music cues, and silent presence of the Red Workers instantly transported everyone into the Squid Game universe. Phones were lifted for photos, nervous laughter spread, and anticipation built—this was no longer a typical retreat activity.
Inspired by the global Netflix phenomenon, the programme took participants on a carefully paced journey through three iconic Squid Game–inspired challenges, each crafted to recreate the emotional beats of the series: tension, relief, surprise, and triumph. Throughout the experience, teams earned game money, but more importantly, they built momentum, trust, and shared memories.
As part of our wider range of team building activities in Singapore, this Squid Game experience offers a unique, immersive option for companies looking to engage their teams through high-energy challenges, strategic gameplay, and shared moments of excitement.
Red Light, Green Light
The experience opened with the instantly recognisable Red Light, Green Light.
What began as light-hearted quickly evolved into moments of suspense and sudden bursts of laughter. Teams had to stay alert, read one another’s cues, and move together as a single unit. Every pause drew collective breaths; every successful moment triggered cheers. The room buzzed with energy as participants realised that success depended not on individuals—but on the team moving in sync.
The Dalgona Candy Challenge
Next came the iconic Dalgona Candy Challenge, shifting the pace from high energy to intense focus.
The atmosphere quietened as teams gathered closely, heads bent together, navigating the challenge with careful hands and whispered discussions. Tension was palpable, broken only by relieved laughter or groans when outcomes were revealed. The challenge became a shared moment of patience, trust, and encouragement—where teammates leaned on one another under pressure.
Running alongside this challenge was a Secret Mission, adding an additional layer of intrigue. Teams that communicated well and supported every member unlocked a strategic advantage—though its true impact would only be revealed later.
Lights Out
As the lights dimmed, the mood shifted once again.
The Lights Out segment marked a turning point in the experience. Only teams that had successfully completed their Secret Mission were given the power to act. With all eyes on them, these teams were invited to make a strategic move that could influence another team’s journey.
The room filled with hushed conversations, playful pleading, and sudden bursts of laughter when unexpected choices were made. The segment perfectly captured the essence of Squid Game—where strategy, timing, and social dynamics matter just as much as skill.
The Glass Bridge
The programme built toward a dramatic finale inspired by one of the most iconic moments of the series—the Glass Bridge.
By this point, anticipation was at its peak. Teams huddled together, weighing decisions, exchanging glances, and committing as one. Gasps, cheers, and relieved laughter echoed through the room as each moment unfolded, turning the final challenge into a shared emotional high.
Every step forward felt earned—not just through risk, but through trust and collective courage.
The Outcome
In true Squid Game fashion, the journey was intense—but unlike the series, no one was harmed.
All participants emerged together—safe, smiling, and bonded by the experience they had just shared. What began as a themed activity ended as a powerful moment of connection, reflection, and celebration.
More than just a game, the Squid Game team building programme delivers an experience—one that immerses participants in tension and excitement, challenges them to rely on one another, and leaves them talking about the journey long after it ends.
