BRIDGE OF UNITY TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITY

A fun, engaging and meaningful way to illustrate how all departments of an organisation strive towards their own goals, but also play a vital role
in the bigger picture of the organisation’s goals.

The effort of ALL teams are literally “linked” together in a powerful demonstration of Unity as One.

During the Bridge of Unity team building event, your colleagues will be given recycling materials such as cardboards, wooden sticks and cutting materials. As a team, they will need to make use of these materials and build the most creative and unique bridges. 

Apart from just focusing on their individual bridges, teams must also communicate with the rest of the teams to ensure their cardboard bridges fit one another. After all the teams are done building their bridges, all the teams will need to combine all their individual bridges together. which symbolise the bridge that lead their company to success. As a finale, we will either drive a motorised remote controlled car, bicycle or even a buggy across the bridge to test the integrity of their bridges.
